You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon subscription cancellation:
All subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during checkout. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees, including but not limited to:
When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will automatically move to the free tier. No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of your current billing period.
Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or regulations that cannot be excluded or limited.
Account deletion is a separate action from subscription cancellation. If you choose to delete your account:

You have the right to export your content at any time. The Service provides export functionality that allows you to download your content in various formats. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or misuse the Service. In such cases, we will provide notice when possible and allow you to export your content before termination, except in cases of serious violations.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including AI providers, cloud storage providers, social media platforms, and payment processors. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address associated with your account) or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
